Back Pain

The main cause of back pain I have noted in the patients I have treated in my practice over the years can be attributed to acquired malalignments and blockages of the spine and pelvis. Degenerative changes including herniated and protruding disks, arthrosis in the spinal column and hip joints, activated trigger points and myosclerosis, previously assumed to be the source of the pain, were in fact often not the cause, but only an incidental finding.

Spinal and pelvic malalignments which have persisted for long periods of time will almost always lead to false strain and to subsequent increased attrition. The changes assumed to be causing the pain are thus in actuality often the result of long-untreated spinal column malalignments.

The targeted chiropractic correcting of spinal and pelvic malalignments and blockages constitutes the basis for long-term symptom-free vitality and comprises the very heart of my back therapy.
